Case study: SmileTime
The Aim:
Former Lawyer and SmileTime Co-founder Natalie Quail had her social media, influencer engagement, and marketing nailed to a tee... but she had bigger dreams for her brand and knew that PR could:
1. Increase brand awareness and connect with a wider audience
3. Create buzz around the brand - which would appeal to potential retailers
3. Position Natalie as an expert in cosmetic oral care
The Response:
Natalie and I worked closely to identify her audience, target media, key messages, and create a 2-month intensive and targeted campaign to raise the brand's profile amongst the national press.

Over 20 pieces of coverage - including The Daily Mirror, Closer Magazine, Town & Country, and a 3-minute film on the popular BBC Online series of CEO Secrets

SmileTime also went on to appear on Dragon's Den, and land major retail deals with Boots, Superdrug and Sephora
